Yeah, i kind of decided that i would prefer to have your knight and bishop tied up. I think eventually youll have to sacrafice one of those middle pawns to do it....might take down one of my outside ones though.

You did have the opportunity to win a pawn with a more aggressive move than that queen move, which let me force the queen trade and mitigate some of my pawn structure problems by removing your white square attacks.

The knight bishop trade....at a glance i thought i was going to win material, otherwise i never would have trded off such a valuable piece.

Which one? Qd4, or Nxf6+?

If Qd4, I'll say that I didn't anticipate it. I expected a move with more pressure, though I may have missed your plan.

Interesting modification to the Sicilian. You prevented me from going the dragon defense rather neatly. I don't think I handled your changeup very well. Allowed too much pressure on my queenside and pinned my bishop. I had a queen trap planned but it never played out.
