You just move the king to the post-castle square, and it recognizes that as intent to castle.

And... how to I go about castling in this interface?

For future reference, if you had played c4 instead of d6 you would have won my queen. Of course, it would have been my queen for your bishop and rook, plus a lack of castling for you and an excellent position for my bishop, so it may have been close to even still, but you would have been up material.
