Sidenote Nick: Rb2 rather than Rd6 would have been a stronger move. True, at this point it's purely academic, but with Rb2 you both put pressure on his d4 pawn as well as pressure on his king for immediate checkmate. If he moves his pawn to d3, Ra2# is immediate checkmate, whereas Ka4 or Ka6 both lead to Kxd4 and a much shorter king+rook checkmate. The same goes for Rb1 or Rb8.
